By commissioning me in any kind of way, you understand and agree to the terms of service below:1. Please write in a clear and nice manner. You must provide clear references. I will not draw your character if there is not any image references of them (Unless buying a custom). If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.
2. All commissions must all be paid in full prior to being worked on. For larger projects (animations, mass character art, etc) payment may be sent after the first sketch/draft is sent. Due to the nature of these commissions, once payment is sent a refund may not be issued.
3. The time for your commission to be completed can vary from the same day to a month (unless specified otherwise on the pricing description), depending on many factors such as health, the commission ordered, complexity of the character/piece, work, school or family issues. In the case that your commission is delayed/an issue is to occur, you will be notified ASAP
4. I, the artist, hold the right to the art itself, not the commissioner. Therefore I may to use the copyrighted artwork to:
• Promote myself with in any place or site.
• Post it wherever I want.
I will make sure to credit the character as your own when possible.
5. I have the right to decline your commission for any reason prior to money being sent. There may be a variety of factors that influence this, such as motivation, time, and personal issues.
6. Commissioned art may NOT be used for NFTs, AI training, or to spread misinformation/problematic beliefs. I do not support any of these and would not like my work to be used in any way relating to them.
